Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you're not, here's how we can help.

Your right to cancel (EU customers) If you're based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your returned item, we'll issue a full refund within 14 days.

Returns (UK, US & Australia) We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
